Solution:
If the product of two whole numbers is zero, then at least one of them is zero.
For example:
$0 \times 5 = 0$
$7 \times 0 = 0$
If the product of two whole numbers is zero, then both of them may be zero.
For example:
$0 \times 0 = 0$
The given statement is true.
We can say that if the product of two whole numbers is zero, then one or both of them will be zero.
