1. General information. 

In order to speak the same language, we will consider the terms, as well as recommendations for systematizing the KPI description - the system must immediately be created correctly.

2. Example of KPI system created for some universal Business Structure processes.

For KPI system creation, we will use the Business Structure Metamodel in IDEF0 notation and based on the Metamodel, we will create KPI systems for the Departments:

• Administrative;

• Marketing;

• Supply;

• Production;

• Sales;

• Logistics;

• Financial support;

• Personnel support;

• Legal support;

• IT support.

By combining KPIs from the examples presented in the course, you can get the resulting KPI system for a wide range of Businesses.
