We know that,

The perimeter of a rectangle of length $l$ and breadth $b$ is $2(l+b)$

Therefore,

The perimeter of the rectangular park $ = 2\times(175+125)$ 

$= 2\times300$

$= 600\ m$

Since,

The cost of fencing the rectangular park $ = Rs.\ 12\ per\ m$

The cost of fencing the rectangular park for $600\ m =  Rs. 12\times600$

$ = Rs.\ 7200$

The cost of fencing the rectangular park of length $175\ m$ and breadth $125\ m$ at the rate of $Rs.\ 12\ per\ metre$ is $Rs.\ 7200$.
