Solution:

$=\frac{15}{100}\times250$
$=15\times2.5=37.5$
$(b).\ 1$ % of $1\ hours$
$=1$ % of $60\ minutes$
$=1$ % of $(60\times 60)\ seconds$
$=\frac{1}{100}\times60\times60$
$=6\times6=36$
$(c).\ 20$ % of $Rs.\ 2500$
$=\frac{20}{100}\times2500$
$=20\times25$
$=Rs.\ 500$
$(d).\ 75$ % of $1\ kg$
$=75$ % of $1000\ g$
