(a) Given number is 21.

$21=3+5+13$

21 expressed as the sum of three odd prime numbers is $3+5+13$.

(b) Given number is 31.

$31=3+5+23$

31 expressed as the sum of three odd prime numbers is $3+5+23$.

(c) Given number is 53.

$53=13+17+23$

53 expressed as the sum of three odd prime numbers is $13+17+23$.

(d) Given number is 61.

$61=7+13+41$

61 expressed as the sum of three odd prime numbers is $7+13+41$.
