We know that,

$=\frac{5\times1}{10}\ cm$

$=\frac{5}{10}\ cm$

$=0.5\ cm$

(b) $60\ mm=60\times\frac{1}{10}\ cm$

$=\frac{60\times1}{10}\ cm$

$=\frac{60}{10}\ cm$

$=6\ cm$

(c) $164\ mm=164\times\frac{1}{10}\ cm$

$=\frac{164\times1}{10}\ cm$

$=\frac{164}{10}\ cm$
