Solution:
$(a).\ 25$ %
The decimal fraction will be,
$=\frac{25}{100}$
$=0.25$
The simplest form of the fraction will be
$\frac{25}{100}=\frac{5}{100}$
$=\frac{1}{4}$
$(b).\ 150$ %
The decimal fraction will be,
$=\frac{150}{100}$
$=1.5$
The simplest form of the fraction will be
$\frac{150}{100}=\frac{30}{20}$
$=\frac{3}{2}$
$(c). 20$ %
The decimal fraction will be
$\frac{20}{100}=\frac{2}{10}$
$=0.20$
The simplest form of the fraction will be
$\frac{20}{100}=\frac{2}{10}$
$=\frac{1}{5}$
$(d).\ 5$ %
The decimal fraction will be
$=\frac{5}{100}$
$=0.05$ %
The simplest form of the fraction will be
$\frac{5}{100}=\frac{1}{20}$
